Customer Requirement
A repeat customer needed a custom case for the ARRI X21 HyPer Optic Lens System.
Given the lens’s high-value, precision-engineered design, it was essential to protect it from scratches, impact, dust, and moisture during transport and storage. The case needed to accommodate the ARRI X21 lens measuring 16″ wide × 30″ length × 6″ deep.
The ARRI X21 Hyper Optic Lens System is a modular lens system that attaches to the front of the ARRI X21 light. The ARRI X21 Light is a professional-grade LED light fixture primarily used in film, television, and high-end commercial production.
Our Solution
We engineered the case using 3mm Neoprene for the front, sides, and bottom, ensuring durable protection. The back and flap feature a double layer of PacCloth (P400), providing added resilience. Both materials offer excellent protection against impact and wear. Given the weight of the light, we incorporated a rubber handle for ease of transport and secure carrying.
