Our customer approached us with a request for a case for her Medtronic insulin pump. The Medtronic insulin pump is a medical device used by individuals with diabetes to help manage their blood glucose levels. It is a small, portable pump that delivers insulin continuously throughout the day. She was seeking a compact carry solution that allowed for frequent, easy access to the pump, ideally with a zipper for added security—given that it’s a high-value, specialized device.
Our Solution
We designed a case for the Medtronic insulin pump using 3mm neoprene to provide lightweight yet durable protection. A web belt loop was incorporated to ensure secure and reliable carrying of the device, while also offering user comfort for all-day wear. For added security, we included a heavy-duty zipper to safeguard the pump, while still allowing for easy and frequent access throughout the day.”
