Our customer’s requirement was clearly defined as ” I’m looking to have neoprene sleeves made that fit a 2″ wide, 5mm thick, and 36″ long aluminum piece that looks very similar to a yardstick. I want it to slide into the 36″ neoprene sleeve and then close with a Velcro flap. How how long is your turnaround?”
Our Solution
Given the importance of turnaround time for our customer, we swiftly focused on perfecting the design. The fit was crucial to ensure seamless placement of the long aluminum piece inside the case. The flap needed precise sizing to fully cover the pocket opening, while Velcro provided a reliable and secure fastening solution.
