Customer Requirement
We were contacted by a manufacturer “looking to replace the rubber boot on the exterior of their Electronic Analyzer with a lighter and more cost-effective alternative.” The Electronic Analyzer is a handheld or portable device used to detect and measure the presence of gases—especially potentially hazardous ones like methane, propane, carbon monoxide, or refrigerants—in the air.
Our Solution
We developed a custom, form-fitting neoprene sleeve designed to slide securely onto the analyzer, providing a snug and protective fit. While the sleeve design is relatively simple, achieving a precise fit was critical to ensure stability and usability. To enhance functionality, we integrated durable webbing reinforced with metal D-rings, allowing the analyzer to be easily suspended or hung during use or storage.

The customer was highly satisfied with the solution, and we have successfully supplied over 1,000 units of the custom Neoprene sleeves to date!
