Customer Requirement
The customer required a custom solution for their Deionized Water Tanks. Specifically, they needed a tank cover with an open bottom and a zipper feature to facilitate quick and easy installation and removal. Since the tanks are swapped out approximately every two weeks, ease of handling was a top priority. Additionally, they had been unable to find a supplier that could accommodate the specific dimensions they required.
Our Solutions
To meet these needs, we engineered a custom Tank Jacket using a heavy-duty, separating (open-end) zipper—similar to those used in jackets—which allows the cover to fully detach at the bottom. This design significantly simplified the installation and removal process. Using the exact dimensions provided by the customer, we produced a custom tailored solution that ensured a perfect fit for their tanks.

Following the success of the initial prototype, the customer placed an additional order for 25 more Tank Jackets to outfit the remainder of their facility!
