Customer Requirement
Our customer provided a simple sketch for a custom black neoprene pouch. She requested a size of approximately 7.75″ x 6.5″, with a zipper running across the top and partially down the side. For the interior, she envisioned one large pocket on one side and, if possible, smaller slots on the opposite side for added organization.
Our Solution
Since the customer users needed frequent access to the case throughout the day, we developed a flat-opening design for ease of use. The main body was constructed from 3mm neoprene, while the smaller pockets were made from durable nylon and vinyl-coated mesh. The see-through vinyl pockets allowed for better visibility of the contents. Rather than the original two or three pockets, we expanded the design to include six well-organized compartments. A web loop carry handle was added, serving as a convenient grip point when opening and closing the case. In addition to customizing the overall size, each pocket was tailored to securely hold specific items as requested.

I received the samples and love them! The 3mm neoprene is great. I really like the nylon for the lining and the mesh is great for the pockets. The zipper and binding look good as well, and the webbing for the loop. I love your case!
